Core Risk Warning & Total Capital Loss Covenant

High-risk derivative classification, probability of immediate capital loss, and strict financial capacity requirements.

High Risk Derivative Warning — Read Carefully Before Proceeding

Trading synthetic OTC binary options contracts involves an extraordinarily high degree of financial risk and is not appropriate for all investors. You may lose all of your allocated capital on any single contract or across a series of trades. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely without impacting your financial security or daily living standards.

1.1

Comprehensive Purpose & Scope of Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure Statement is promulgated by ZyroPilot Technologies Ltd. ('ZyroPilot', 'the Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our') to provide users, evaluation candidates, and platform visitors with an explicit breakdown of the structural, mathematical, computational, and financial risks associated with participating in the ZyroPilot trading ecosystem. This document operates concurrently with the ZyroPilot Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Money Laundering Protocols.

1.2

Suitability Assessment & Non-Discretionary Prudence

Binary options contracts and synthetic OTC instruments are speculative financial instruments unsuitable for individuals with limited capital resources, conservative risk tolerances, or inadequate experience in derivative market dynamics. Prior to executing any trade on ZyroPilot, you must conduct an independent assessment of your financial objectives and risk capacity. If you harbor any uncertainty regarding your financial capacity, you must refrain from trading on ZyroPilot.

1.3

Legal Age Capacity & Minority Prohibition

Access to the ZyroPilot trading terminal and proprietary evaluation challenges is strictly restricted to legal adults who have attained at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of financial capacity in their sovereign jurisdiction. ZyroPilot strictly refuses access to minors and liquidates unverified profiles without recourse.

1.4

Irrevocable User Acknowledgement

By logging into the ZyroPilot terminal, submitting cryptocurrency deposits, or participating in evaluation challenges, you legally acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and voluntarily assumed every financial and operational risk enumerated in this Statement.

Article 02OTC & Synthetic Pricing
Section Identifier: art-2

Over-The-Counter (OTC) Market Structure & Liquidity Execution

High-frequency OTC pricing mechanics, low-latency quote routing, and autonomous server settlement.

Over-The-Counter (OTC) Derivative Notice

Contracts on the ZyroPilot trading terminal are executed on an Over-The-Counter (OTC) basis against platform liquidity. Price feeds are routed and matched through proprietary high-frequency execution infrastructure to provide continuous 24/7 trading liquidity.

2.1

High-Frequency Proprietary Price Architecture

ZyroPilot utilizes advanced proprietary quantitative algorithms and low-latency tick-routing engines to deliver continuous market pricing. Key operational characteristics include:

  • Continuous institutional tick streaming engineered for instantaneous order matching and sub-second execution.
  • Dynamic micro-spread calibration modeling institutional market maker liquidity across all 26 supported instruments.
  • Autonomous server-authoritative timestamping to ensure mathematical fairness and tamper-proof execution auditability.
  • High-frequency quote delivery with zero counterparty delays or execution slippage on confirmed orders.
2.2

Over-The-Counter (OTC) Trading Structure

Every trade executed on the ZyroPilot terminal constitutes an Over-The-Counter (OTC) contract entered into directly with platform liquidity. As an OTC derivative ecosystem, contracts are matched and settled internally through our proprietary engine rather than being cleared through a central public stock or commodity exchange.

2.3

OTC Derivative Market Behavior

Because OTC contracts operate on continuous proprietary liquidity feeds, microsecond price ticks may respond to algorithmic market maker models differently than physical spot markets. Traders should verify tick movements directly on the ZyroPilot terminal interface.

2.4

Server-Authoritative Strike & Settlement Verification

All contract strike prices and expiry settlements are calculated and verified exclusively by the ZyroPilot server engine. While client charts provide visual reference, the immutable cryptographic timestamp of the ZyroPilot backend remains the sole authoritative arbiter of contract settlement.

Article 03Binary Mechanics & Math
Section Identifier: art-3

All-or-Nothing Derivative Structure & Negative Mathematical Expectancy

Binary payoff mechanics, absence of stop-losses, 54.05% break-even win rate, and micro-expiry noise.

3.1

All-or-Nothing Payoff Mechanics

Binary options contracts feature a fixed, discrete payoff structure. Unlike traditional spot or equity instruments where profits and losses vary along a continuous spectrum according to market distance, every ZyroPilot contract settles into one of two mutually exclusive binary outcomes:

  • In-the-Money (WIN): The trader receives their original contract stake back plus a pre-agreed fixed return (typically 84% to 94% on ZyroPilot depending on instrument and volatility).
  • Out-of-the-Money (LOSS): The trader suffers a total loss (100%) of the committed contract stake. The settlement return is exactly $0.00.
3.2

Absence of Stop-Losses & Intermediate Cashouts

Once a trade is confirmed on the ZyroPilot terminal, the contract is locked until the exact millisecond of scheduled expiry. ZyroPilot does not offer mid-trade stop-losses, partial cashouts, or premature order terminations. A single tick difference against your prediction at expiration results in total forfeiture of the stake.

3.3

Negative Mathematical Expectation & Break-Even Realities

Due to the structural disparity between winning payouts (e.g. +85%) and losing penalties (-100%), binary options possess a mathematically negative expected value for unguided trading. To achieve a break-even state with an 85% payout, a trader must maintain a sustained directional win rate of at least 54.05% across all settled positions.

3.4

Micro-Expiry Horizons & Stochastic Noise

ZyroPilot supports ultra-short expiry contracts spanning 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds. High-frequency micro-expiries are dominated by random stochastic noise rather than fundamental trends. The shorter the expiry duration, the higher the unpredictability of the settlement tick.

Mathematical Expectancy & Minimum Break-Even Thresholds

Market Volatility, Dynamic Payouts & Irreversible Contracts

Volatility regime shifts, dynamic adjustments to return percentages, and non-cancellable contract status.

4.1

Configurable Volatility Regimes

Every synthetic pair and index within the ZyroPilot terminal operates under algorithmic volatility coefficients. ZyroPilot reserves the right to calibrate drift, jump frequency, and variance settings dynamically to reflect institutional liquidity expansions and contractions.

4.2

Dynamic Payout Fluctuations

Contract payout percentages displayed in the ZyroPilot terminal (ranging between 84% and 94%) fluctuate based on platform risk exposure, market hours, and underlying model parameters. Payout adjustments apply strictly to newly placed trades and do not retroactively alter active orders.

4.3

No Hedging or Order Modification Guarantees

Unlike traditional spot exchanges, traders cannot open simultaneous opposing positions within the same account to lock in profits, nor can they cancel an erroneous order submission once the trade request has been validated by the ZyroPilot matching engine.

Article 05Core Risk Warnings
Section Identifier: art-5

Financial Risks, Total Capital Depletion & Martingale Pitfalls

Successive loss streaks, catastrophic risks of Martingale sizing, demo psychological bias, and challenge fee caps.

The Catastrophic Fallacy of Martingale Staking

Doubling position sizes following losing trades (Martingale strategy) creates exponential capital drawdown risk. Consecutive losing streaks of 5 to 8 trades are statistically common in financial markets and will lead to rapid and irreversible liquidation of your entire account equity.

5.1

Risk of Complete Account Depletion

A series of adverse trades can completely eradicate an account balance within minutes. Traders must implement strict capital preservation rules, such as limiting risk per trade to a minor percentage (e.g. 1% to 2%) of total equity, rather than committing substantial portions of balance to single predictions.

5.2

Psychological Disconnect Between Demo and Live Environments

Practicing on a Demo account involves zero financial liability, which eliminates psychological fear, emotional greed, and risk aversion. Success in a practice environment does not forecast or guarantee profitability on live trading accounts or funded stages where real capital or performance stakes exist.

5.3

Absence of Guaranteed Profitability

ZyroPilot does not provide, endorse, or guarantee any automated trading system, bot, indicator, or third-party signal provider. Claims of guaranteed daily profits or risk-free trading strategies are fraudulent and mathematically impossible in binary options trading.

5.4

Limitation of Loss in Evaluation Challenge Accounts

For traders participating in ZyroPilot Challenge and Funded evaluation tiers, maximum potential capital loss is legally bounded to the one-time evaluation assessment fee paid. Traders in challenge stages incur zero personal debt, zero margin call liability, and zero recourse beyond the purchase cost of the challenge tier.

Article 06Crypto & Settlement
Section Identifier: art-6

Cryptocurrency Volatility, Network Delays & Wallet Security

Irreversibility of blockchain transfers, crypto-to-USD exchange volatility, mempool congestion, and private key custody.

6.1

Permanent Irreversibility of Blockchain Transfers

Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals processed via blockchain networks (such as TRON TRC-20, BNB Chain BEP-20, Bitcoin, or Ethereum) are permanent and cryptographically irreversible. Transmitting digital assets to incorrect transit addresses, selecting incompatible network protocols, or omitting mandatory memo tags results in permanent, irrecoverable loss for which ZyroPilot bears zero liability.

6.2

Exchange Rate Volatility Between Crypto and USD

ZyroPilot platform accounts and trading balances are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). When depositing or withdrawing digital assets (such as BTC, ETH, or USDT), the conversion rate is calculated based on market exchange rates at the moment of processing. Sharp fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices during transfer confirmation windows may materially affect the fiat equivalent value received.

6.3

Blockchain Congestion & Multi-Confirmation Latency

To safeguard against 51% attacks, block reorganizations, and double-spend exploits, ZyroPilot enforces mandatory blockchain confirmation thresholds (e.g. 19-20 confirmations on TRON, 15 on BSC). During periods of extreme network congestion, transaction settlement may experience severe delays outside ZyroPilot's control.

6.4

Sole Non-Custodial External Wallet Custody

ZyroPilot never holds, requests, or accesses your external cryptocurrency wallet private keys. You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding your personal wallets, seed phrases, and security credentials against malware, phishing, and unauthorized physical access.

Article 07Technical & Platform
Section Identifier: art-7

Technology Infrastructure, Network Latency & Server Clock

Internet packet loss, sub-second tick streaming, hardware limitations, and server-authoritative UTC clock synchronization.

7.1

Internet Connectivity & Client-Side Latency

Real-time trading on the ZyroPilot terminal relies heavily on stable, low-latency internet connectivity. Local connection dropouts, Wi-Fi interference, packet loss, or ISP routing delays may cause order execution lag, delayed trade button registration, or momentary chart freezing. ZyroPilot is not liable for financial losses caused by client-side connectivity deficiencies.

7.2

Continuous WebSocket Streaming & Background Throttling

The ZyroPilot terminal continuously streams sub-second tick quotes over high-speed WebSockets. If your web browser throttles background tabs, enables aggressive power-saving modes, or encounters memory bottlenecks, visual candle rendering may lag behind actual server-side price generation.

7.3

Server Fallback Settlement Engine

In the event that a trader loses internet connection or closes their browser window while a contract is active, the ZyroPilot backend engine continues to process and settle the trade automatically at the predetermined expiration second based on the server tick trajectory.

7.4

Authoritative UTC Server Clock Supremacy

All contract start times, candle durations, and expiry timestamps are synchronized strictly to the ZyroPilot master UTC server clock. Discrepancies between your local operating system time and our server timestamp do not alter official contract settlement parameters.

Article 08Legal & Regulatory
Section Identifier: art-8

Jurisdictional Restrictions, Statutory Changes & Tax Obligations

Cross-border legal compliance, regulatory bans in specific sovereign states, and trader tax reporting obligations.

8.1

Jurisdictional Prohibitions & Trader Due Diligence

The commercial offering of retail binary options contracts is severely restricted, heavily regulated, or outright prohibited in multiple sovereign jurisdictions, including the United States (CFTC), the United Kingdom (FCA), the European Union (ESMA), Canada, and Australia. You hold sole, non-delegable legal responsibility for verifying that your use of the ZyroPilot terminal complies with all local statutes in your country of residence.

8.2

Evolving Global Regulatory Frameworks

Statutory and regulatory environments governing synthetic derivatives and cryptocurrency assets are subject to rapid legislative modifications. ZyroPilot reserves the right to restrict service access, suspend account functions, or terminate services in jurisdictions where compliance mandates become untenable.

8.3

Independent Tax Liabilities & Statutory Reporting

Gains, performance-split distributions, or profits realized through trading on ZyroPilot may be subject to capital gains tax, personal income tax, or corporate levy in your sovereign jurisdiction. ZyroPilot does not provide tax advice, withhold taxes on non-resident accounts, or act as an intermediary for tax authorities. Traders bear exclusive legal obligation to report and pay all required taxes.

Article 09Governance & Ethics
Section Identifier: art-9

Educational Demarcation & Complete Absence of Investment Advice

Informational nature of chart tools, autonomous trader discretion, and requirement for independent financial counsel.

9.1

Informational & Analytical Nature of Platform Content

All chart data, technical indicators (e.g. RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands), market commentary, educational articles, and terminal analysis tools provided by ZyroPilot are made available strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing published on ZyroPilot constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or an endorsement of any speculative derivative.

9.2

Unilateral Independent Decision-Making

Every trading decision, order submission, strike selection, and risk allocation executed within your ZyroPilot account is undertaken at your sole, unassisted discretion. You must never rely on third-party trading signals, social media commentary, or external prop firm gurus without conducting your own rigorous technical verification.

9.3

Advisory Consultation Recommendation

ZyroPilot strongly advises all prospective traders to consult with an accredited independent financial advisor, certified accountant, or legal professional prior to committing capital to speculative OTC derivatives.

Article 10Technical & Platform
Section Identifier: art-10

Algorithmic Arbitrage, Latency Exploitation & System Manipulation

Bans on latency abuse, reverse account hedging, automated scraping bots, and system manipulation penalties.

10.1

Strict Ban on Latency Arbitrage & Feed Exploits

ZyroPilot strictly prohibits the utilization of automated high-frequency trading (HFT) bots, external price scraping scripts, or latency exploitation tools intended to take advantage of micro-delays between client browsers and server matching engines. Contracts placed using latency exploitation strategies will be declared void ab initio.

10.2

Prohibition on Coordinated Multi-Account Hedging

Coordinating directional trades across inverse accounts—such as opening simultaneous CALL and PUT positions on identical strike prices across two linked ZyroPilot accounts to artificially pass challenge drawdown limits—is categorized as fraudulent system abuse.

10.3

Rigorous Compliance Sanctions & Account Forfeiture

If the ZyroPilot risk monitoring desk detects evidence of market manipulation, bot exploitation, or abusive trading sequences, ZyroPilot reserves full legal discretion to immediately freeze the account, nullify illicit trading gains, and permanently bar the offender from the ecosystem.

Article 11Governance & Ethics
Section Identifier: art-11

Psychological Discipline, Emotional Burnout & Responsible Limits

Emotional traps of high-frequency binary trading, risk of compulsive overtrading, and voluntary self-exclusion.

11.1

High-Frequency Emotional Triggers & Revenge Trading

The rapid resolution of short-duration binary options contracts can induce intense psychological stress, cognitive bias, and dopamine-driven impulsive behavior. Traders frequently succumb to 'revenge trading'—increasing position sizes immediately following a loss in an emotionally driven attempt to recover capital quickly. This psychological failure almost universally results in catastrophic account liquidation.

11.2

Mandatory Personal Risk Management Frameworks

Successful evaluation traders adhere to unwavering discipline: capping maximum daily losses, respecting strict drawdown ceilings, taking mandatory breaks following loss streaks, and never risking capital required for mortgage, rent, or medical expenses.

11.3

Voluntary Cool-Off & Account Self-Exclusion

ZyroPilot is dedicated to promoting responsible trading habits. If you feel your trading behavior has become compulsive, emotionally unmanageable, or financially harmful, you may request an immediate temporary cool-off period or permanent self-exclusion by emailing our support desk at support@zyropilot.com.
